How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and your location. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 4 business days. Please review the product details page for a more accurate shipping estimate.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, shipping method, and destination. We strive to offer the most cost-effective shipping options available. Majority of our products have free shipping and others have low-cost shipping ship for less than $5.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through this website.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Since we work with third-party suppliers, our return policy varies by product. Majority of our products have a 30-day return policy with a subset of products having a 15-day policy. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request changes. Once the order is processed or has been shipped, we may not be able to make modifications.
